Q: acne free?
Hey there, so I was wondering if any of you have tried acne free and seen resutls.

Please don’t post anything about Pro activ, I’ve used it before, and it didn’t help me very much.
Jusst so you know, I tried pro activ for like 7 months and didn’t see much of a result.

A: I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It’s time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://acnehomesolution.com that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Q: Acne Free?
What are your thoughts on Acne Free? II just bought some a few days ago, and have yet to use it.

Please don’t tell me what I should use, like pro activ or any other stuff please! I’m asking what you think of the product acne free

A: I used to have really bad acne…and I bought Acne Free at Costco and OMG! You wouldn’t believe my results! It’s amazing! You should definitly use that stuff! Good Luck! :-)

Q: Acne-Free?
Has anyone here ever tried the getting rid of and preventing 3 step process called Acne-Free. if so did it work well? my parents just bought me some so i was wondering if it really worked.

A: You try else like dieting as suggested by Hindu Mytholgy
According to the mythology, you depend on only one grain food (only rice or wheat or else) try before a week you likely to affected. support the food with vegetables and fruits and juice & milk

Q: How long till acne free treatment shows results?
I just got Acne free about 5 days ago and I haven’t really seen any improvement in my acne. For people that have used it, how long did it take before you saw some good results?

*I have little-moderate acne. Its mostly around my mouth.

A: Some products work for some people and not for others. Give it at least two weeks to see if Acne Free works for you. If you don’t see any improvement then it’s probably time to move on and look for another products that will work for you.

I suggest looking into vitamins to treat acne. A lot of acne is caused by a lack of Zinc in the diet. Taking Chelated Zinc daily can clear up your skin in less than two weeks.

Q: How do I get clearer acne free skin and reduce small acne scars?
I don’t have really bad acne but I do always have small zits mostly along my cheekbones and cheek and chin area. My skin is also not very even toned (a teensy reddish in some places) I have used proactive and acne free and I moisterize daily, drink lots of water, and take vitamins. But it isen’t doing much. Q: What’s the difference between Proactiv and Acne Free??
They seriously look similar.
Proactiv worked for me but i’m not going to pay $45 for it and my skin gets really dry after.
If i stop using Practiv and start using Acne Free will it work for me??

A: acne free is stronger than proactive and much cheaper and easier to get

acne free has time released bensoyl peroxide and proactive doesn’t you should use a standard light weight moisturizer after both i like to use olay complete all day moisture with SPF 19

the proactive face wash exfoliates more than acne free face wash
but acne free step three exfoliates more than proactive step three

for 20 or thirty dollars you can get a three month supply of acne free much cheaper than proactive

overall i prefer acne free it is stronger and i don’t have zits or dry skin!

Q: How do I become Acne free in 3 days?
Has anyone one of you read the book Acne free in three days? I can’t find it anywhere for less that 40 bucks. What is Chris Gibson’s secret? Do you think I can find it at my library? Please tell me the secret to getting rid of acne in three days! Oh my gosh I need to know!!! Thanks.

A: Let’s go straight to the point. Someone who has acne calls himself ugly. And to be honest I don’t like people with acne. Therefore I give you eight tips how to prevent acne, implant the tips and become acne free within a few days. The facts are not lying during the puberty more than 75% of the people are suffering with acne. It’s time to do something about it. Therefore these acne tips. Don’t read them use them and become acne free.

- Stop smoking

I know this is very hard, but if you want to suffer from acne you really need to quit smoking.
A study showed that acne is 62% more prevalent in active smokers than in non-smokers.
So quit smoking, I know it’s hard.

- Drink a lot of water.

This is a very effective and easy way to suffer from acne. Drink a lot of water. I would suggest at least three litres a day.

- Take a shower with ice cold water.

Perhaps this is a little painful but don’t wash yourself with warm water, always use cold water.

- Don’t use to much cosmetic products.

A lot of cosmetic products contain fats. If you want to use cosmetic products use water based cosmetic products. And never forget to remove your acne before you go to bed.

- Don’t squeeze your pimples.

Just don’t squeeze your pimples. And if you really want do it. Make sure your hands are very clean and afterwards use a decontamination ointment.

- Clean your face

Of course cleaning your body is always an important thing to do. But when it comes to acne, cleaning your face is the most important thing. Wash your face at least two times a day. As read before don’t use hot water. And make sure to use a soap without colour dyes.

- Stress

Perhaps you haven’t supposed this but stress is directly related with acne. Be sure to not have stress. I give you two tips how to handle stress.
Set yourself realistic goals
Discuss your stress with someone you can trust. Cheap but effective.

- Go to a doctor.

This is a tips if you have really hard acne. With the help of the doctor you’re allowed to buy much stronger products that works better. For most of these strong products you need a doctor’s regulation.

As said before use this tip and also try to find out more other tips. If you do this you can become acne free within three days.

Q: What can I use to mostuire my face after using acne free?
I used acne free probably not even for a week and it dried out my face really bad to the point where it’s flaky and dry around my chin, checks and mouth. And if i try to put something on it to make it better it burns. Any ideas?

A: olive oil or vitamin E oil. these products really help against dry skin! And they are gentle too! So they won’t burn you!

Q: can i use lotion after applying acne free?
I use acne free which is basically a knock off of proactiv. It’s been drying out my face, but it works so well I don’t want to stop using it. My face burns a little when I apply the acne free. Would it be a bad idea to apply a non-comotogenic lotion to my face after applying the acne free? Would it make the burn worse?

A: It shouldn’t hurt your face. Some of these people weren’t paying attention because you said non-comedogenic (meaning it doesn’t contain ingredients that clog pores and cause breakouts). It would probably be better to use a moisturizer though because they are specially designed for the face (preferably one containing vitamin E).

Q: Does Acne Free make you break out when you stop using it?
I have been using Acne Free for a few weeks now. It hasn’t really done anything for my skin(I just got a huge zit that i had to get rid of with toothpaste). I was wondering if i stopped using it would it make me break out even more?

A: Probably. Every system Ive used made me break out when I stop. I’m devoted to proactiv. Look at it this way-you’ll be washing your face the rest of your life, so yeah stick to whatever works for you.

Q: what should i do if step 3 in acne free severe treatment is giving me irritation?
i just started using acne free severe treatment like 2 days ago.The Step 3 is giving me allergic reactions like itching and redness. What should i do? should i skip the step? help!

A: Don’t use it? And most likely call a doctor, or a dermatologist.

Q: who is the girl on the acne free commercial?
She is a brunette. Very beautiful. It is a recent commercial. She is talking about Acne Free. And the commercial ends “because you never know you might see you..” or something like that.

A: yea I know which one u talking about ;) dont know her name though

Q: Can i use a daily face wash 1 hour after using acne free?
Can i use a daily face wash 1 hour after using acne free? I just started using it, but i have oily skin and i would like to properly wash it at night with a daily face wash. I am 16 years old.

A: I would use the daily face wash in the morning so your skin doesn’t get oily through the day. Then I would use the Acne Free at night. Also to remove some of the oil, exfoliate about twice a week. Just use a little sugar and (gently) rub it into your skin for 1-2 minutes. Then wash your face regularly. This will help so much with removing oil and zits. That’s the best way to wash your face.

Hope I helped!

PS Remember to drink a bunch of water, and eat healthy, and it helps so, so much more!

Q: Has anyone used Proactive Solution then switched to Acne Free the cheaper brand?
I have used Proactive for almost a year and it has really done wonders for my skin. I want to try Acne Free because it is a lot cheaper. I am wondering if I should take the risk and save the money or just bite the bullet and spend the extra for what I know will work. Please help.

A: yes they work the same
go to costco and buy acne free its a lot cheaper…
also ive been struggling with acne since the 5th grade and natures cure acne supplement is about $10 a month and in about 1.5 weeks my skin is almost toatally clear… knock on wood

Q: Help with Acne Free and switching makeup brands?
Okay, so, I’ve been using Merle Norman Clear Complexion for my face and Merle Norman Makeup as well. I have blemishes, but usually only a few. I’m running out of my Merle Norman stuff and have to switch to a cheaper brand. My face is rather sensitive and my eyes swell up if I use cheap eyeshadow. I’m wondering how Acne Free face cleanser has worked for people and what kind of makeup would not cause an allergic reaction. Any advice?

A: Everyone is different in terms of what products they can put on their faces without getting a reaction. Beware of words such as “hypoallergenic” and so on. They are just invented words, and have no real meaning – they are often just an excuse to charge more for a product. Look for products that have been around for a long time and are simple.

People make all kinds of suggestions about the best thing to do to cure acne. Some cures I’ve heard include putting oatmeal, honey, lemon juice, tea tree oil, cucumber, vinegar, or toothpaste on your face. Practically every cosmetics company and company that makes personal care products makes something that is a “sure cure” for acne. If we think about this, and use some common sense, we have to come to the conclusion that there is no quick or easy cure for acne, because if there was it would be well known and doctors would be telling everyone about it.

Numerous companies make a lot of money persuading people to buy products that at worst will make the acne worse, and at best may help some people a little. Often fewer products are better. People often make their acne much worse by using too many products. There really is no quick fix for acne. Don’t spend a lot of money on products just because their ads say that they will cure acne. Your doctor is the best person to ask for help, and he or she may recommend some prescription medication or non-prescription treatment that may be suitable for you..

There are some very simple and basic things you can do that cost nothing. Keep your face or any other area affected by acne very clean. Any mild antibacterial soap will help with that. Rinse the area well to remove all soap residue. Drink plenty of water – it really does help to clear up acne. Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep. A healthy life style will make a difference. Try to reduce the stress in your life – stress contributes to acne, so also probably the more you worry about the acne and focus on it, the worse it will be.

Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.
