Q: What is the best laser treatment for acne?
I heard that there are several acne laser treatments. which one kills the bacteria that causes the acne & improve the look of old ones?

A: Acne is not caused by bacteria.

Most people want to treat acne scars rather than acne.It is like treating measles scars rather than measles.Acne is a skin condition caused by the internal imbalance. All medicines and creams which help to remove acne scars contain benzoyl peroxide.

You can regain your internal balance and cure your acne completely and permanently by natural techniques.I have done a small research on various products which claim to cure acne.Acne No More is a program with user rating 4.5/5.You can try it here

Q: What is the best way to market laser acne treatments for teens?
My Company has an acne laser treatment for people with acne. We want to boost our sales by advertising for teens, but we need some good and creative ideas. Thanks!
Yes, or laser works. It has worked for EVERY patient that has had it done.

A: Check around your local high schools and community colleges. In our area the schools sell advertising space in anything from theater/choir programs to the monthly newspaper that the school prints.

You might also think about a few promotional items that are geared towards teens. Maybe pens that they can use at school that say “Go Cougars ~ brought to you by XXX Laser Acne Center” or key chains, foam fingers for football/basketball games. I can think of all kinds of things!

Q: what are some good acne laser treatments?
I have mild acne and a lot of redness on my face. What laser should I use and how much do they cost?

A: Laser treatments work on allot of people however they can cost to any from 1,000 dollars.

Q: Does acne laser treatment really work?
I’ve been having acne for a couple of years now and i tried everything from proactiv to skin id but none work plus i’m using medicine my dermatologist reccomends. i heard that there is acne laser treatments that remove acne scars [dark spots] and can make acne dissappear for good. Is that true? Is it safe? Is it expensive? How old do you have to be?
How much does it cost?

A: OMG. This treatment works AMAZING. I got mine a couple of months ago, and the minimum age is 16, I believe. It hurts REALLY bad for about two weeks. My face was all red and swollen. After my face was back to normal, I haven’t had anything on my face. I would definatly recommend getting this treatment.

Q: Should I do a laser surgery for acne or not?
I have acne and old red spots from it, I’ve tried everything, proactiv, lemon juice, tea tree oil, neutrogena products, clean and clear products and no luck…should I go to a dermatologist and do the acne laser surgery? and if yes how much will it cost to me, i don’t have an insurance. And what are the risks? I heard that it might have side effects is that true?

A: Check with a trained dermatologist to find out the root cause of your acne. He may have other acne treatments based on your acne type. You should consider acne laser surgery only as a last resort and for most severe acne cases. If you really going for this surgery, it should be only a part of your acne treatment program. This intense laser beam will destroy the existing infect and stimulate blood flow again, which will aid the tissue in repairing the damaged cells and skin. Some people have little or no results from laser acne surgery and may be left with uneven skin pigmentation.

Q: Can I get Acne laser treatment at 16? And where can i get it in the uk?
I’m 15 now but will be 16 shortly and I’m thinking of getting Laser acne treatment but I am unsure where and how well this will work.
What are the risks?
Where can I get this in the UK?
How much would it cost?

A: I think you can get writtne consent form your parents. It can cost anywhere from $200-$500 per treatment here in the US

I had it done and went 7 times and nothing changed. I spent a small fortune It was not fun at all.

I also tried Proavtive, Neutrogena, lots of department store brands (clinique, chanel) and non of them worked.

I now use a skin regime that is outstanding and haven’t had a pimple since. Its an anti-aging system by Mary Kay. I have very sensitive skin so this system works best for me because it doesnt try to throw harsh chemicals at the pimples. It just cleanses my skin to a health glow.

Q: What is the most effective way to kill acne – laser treatment results?? Accutane already completed…?
I had severe acne and completed 2 courses of accutane over a period of 5 years. Now ive been off my second round for about 10 months and the acne is slowly creeping back up on me. I want to stop it before it gets uncontrollable like it was before, and I dont think doctors can even GIVE more than 2 rounds of accutane.

I mean my acne wasnt as bad as acne cases can possibly get, but it WAS as stubborn as they get. So in other words dont suggest creams, antibiotics, other topicals… tried them all already.

Whats the effectiveness of laser treatment, and how long does it last??
Um i have very good personal hygiene, maybe some people need to work on their rudeness….

ALSO how much can this cost? And how long do the results last?

A: You can do accutane more than 2 times. But if mine comes back again too I think I might look into the laser also. I think you need to wait a full year before getting the laser treatment after you finish accutane. Best of luck.

Q: How effective is LASER ACNE treatment?
I’ve tried many creams and over the counter products, I’ve gotten prescription cream from dermatologists, and I even used Proactiv Solution before (which didn’t work for me).

So, I’m looking into getting laser-acne treatment, which I’m hoping would be my last resort.

I have a mild case of acne on my face, nothing severe though.

So before getting laser acne treatment, could someone tell me if its effective at all? Like does it completely rid of the acne
after the procedure is done? How does it work and how much does it cost?
And please, no answers suggesting I use creams or creams they you know of that work.
I have been following this type of treatment for a LONG time now, and I am definitely gonna try laser treatment.

Also, I’m using laser treatment for my entire face.

A: The thing with laser treatment is that it gets rid of scarring, but in no way is it an actual treatment for the acne itself, meaning when the acne comes back you will have to do it again for future scarring. It’s a superficial treatment only. Most people who have this done do it after they have been able to get the acne under control and their skin to the best point they can first.

Cost varies greatly from place to place, so I would schedule a consult with someone in your area. Because insurance does not cover it, they will give you an estimate up front at your consult.

I have not had laser work for acne, but I am doing it for permanent hair removal. For my armpits, bikini area and full legs, it cost $300.00 per treatment for the first two times. I am told it will take 2 or more times, and the cost will go down as treatment time needed goes down, but there is already a huge difference in that the hair growth has slowed down tremendously. I know that tells you nothing really, but I am thinking that since you are only talking about your face, it would not cost that much.

Q: Are acne laser treatments a fast and effective way to get rid of my acne and acne scars?
Ok. So just recently (like a couple of months ago) i had one of the biggest breakouts of my life. I have used just about every over-the-counter acne treatment system on the market. I have scheduled an appointment with the dermatologist for a Smoothbeam treatment. I am so sick of my acne its hard to look in the mirror. I was wondering if anyone has had a laser treatment done and how long was it before you saw results, if any.

please help!

A: Acne is an inflammatory skin condition characterized by superficial skin eruptions around hair follicles.Acne is merely a signal for a much deeper imbalance inside the body. One of the most commonly used ingredients, Benzoyl Peroxide can be very effective in treating mild cases of non-inflammatory acne.

‘Acne No More’ is a widely accepted acne treatment program but it has been given less attention than it deserves. It is an all-natural, holistic acne battling cure that permanently cures acne, ends breakouts, and prevents future pimples. ‘Acne No More’ is one of the few permanent acne cures in existence, because the book teaches you to treat acne from the inside out.

Q: i want to get rid of my acnes and i have 2 choices Micro-Dermabrasion or laser acne the laser acne?
laser acne is 200bucks Micro-Dermabrasion is 100bucks which one is better?

A: Get plenty of sleep! They don’t call it “beauty-sleep” for nothing!

Dab garlic juice on emerging and mature pimples

Treat acne with benzoyl peroxide that is available in your local stores

Disguise a pimple with eye-redness relieve eye drops by applying to a Q-tip and hold on pimple for about 10-15 seconds.

Mix a packet of fast acting yeast with enough tea tree oil to make a paste. Spread over emerging pimple and cover with bandage & leave on overnight because yeast will cause the pimples to rise out of the skin while the tea tree oil attacks it.

Go to the store and get Cortizone 10.It will help stop acne.

Soak a cotton ball in warm salt water. Press on top of blemish for 3 minutes to dissolve the top. Then, dab a bit of honey on the affected area to deep clean the pore and draw out bacteria. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

One thing you should do is change your pillow case(s) every day. That way you won’t get any oil or dirt on your face again.

Q: i want to know what laser acne treatment worked best for you?
i am a sophomore in highschool and i have been suffering with acne for 2 years straight it just keeps getting worse and worse. i’ve tried everything, proactiv, acne free, literally everything you can think of. i get them mostly on my cheeks. i have really sensitive skin so when something is to strong it will make my skin dry and flaky.

i want to know which laser you recommend for acne and acne scars and what was your experience..did it work?

A: Lasers or intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments that utilize a specific wavelength of light (between 405nm and 420nm) can help to reduce inflamed acne breakouts. You will need to consult with a doctor, usually a plastic surgeon or dermatologist, who offers the treatments, and they will be able to tell you if you are a good candidate for the treatments. It sounds like so far you have tried over-the-counter topical solutions to help with your acne. Before starting laser treatments, your doctor will probably recommend prescription-strength products. Side effects like dryness and flakiness can be common with certain topicals, but these side effects will go away as your skin adjusts to the medicine, and your doctor can make recommendations to minimize the irritation. Getting on prescription medication will most likely have better long-term results in controlling your acne, although the laser treatments can help clear the acne faster and minimize redness in the skin.
