Q: acne scars               ?
popping acne will create acne scars and I definitly know that by expirience. but when I have a pimple and I leave it alone I dont touch it at all, the scar is a lot worse than if I would of popped it??? its so weird its like wtf? If I do pick it, there will be a scar, but not as bad as if i leave it alone? is it possible that you can get acne scars even if you dont pick the acne?

A: Yes if you get really bad acne! use Bio Oil its so good for scarring and i found it works super fast on the face.

1- The Tomato Treatment

Take a fresh tomato, give it a good wash then slice it into reasonably thick pieces. Rest the tomato on the scar and leave there for a few minutes. Perform this procedure twice a day before washing your face (so you don’t go to bed with bits of tomato sticking to you!)

2- Lemon Juice

If the tomato treatment doesn’t give you the results your after try this great homemade acne scar treatment. Slice up a fresh lemon and once again apply it to the scar. I am 16yrs old and I have acne that I am currently treating it with benzaclin and a antibiotic and it is clearing up pretty good, but I was wondering what I could do to help reduce or elminate the acne scars.

A: microderm abraison is what my dermatologist recommended if i ever choose to fix my skin, but my acne scars are very small and unnoticeable, and there aren’t too many of them.

A: When I had acne scars, I preferred the natural first. It helped some, but after a while I gave up on them. BUT, this does not mean they wouldn’t work for you. Try something like Vitamin E oil. If that doesn’t work after a while, you might consider using something like Mederma or Bio Oil.

If in the end you really just want to get rid of them and nothing is working, I would suggest getting microdermabrasion.

I have really dark skin and i dont have bad acne, but when i do get it, the acne always leaves really dark scars. i wear so much make up to cover it up. How do i get rid of acne scars?

A: Well You can in some respects scrub the acne scars away with a facial wash with microbeads in. Or you can chemically burn the scars away with lemon juice. They both should take up too a week. But I know this isnt your question but to prevent acne from coming in the first place i reccomend a acne special cream called pan oxyl this will get rid of the spot with no scars once you develop one.

A: 1.Exfoliating your skin with baking soda or pineapple.

2.Eat collagen building foods like soy, grapes or oranges.

Do it consistently and you will see improvement in your scars.

Just puree a forth a cup of pineapple and smooth it onto your face. Leave it for 10-15 minutes, then rinse. Since the pineapples contains ascorbic acid, it will impart a brightening effect on the face, and help fade acne marks.

Q: Scar removal treatment that gets rid of acne scars the best?
I have a scar removal gel that works GREAT for my stretch marks and other scars, but I’ve yet to see this dramatic or any improvement in my acne scars.

They’re mostly on my forehead and some on my chin. They’re raised, not indented, if that means anything.

I don’t mind spending a little more money or waiting a month or to for a quality product that WORKS.
Would rather not have any procedures or surgeries, but I’ll keep an open mind.

# pply sandalwood paste with rosewater and leave it overnight over the scars. You can even apply a mixture of sandalwood paste and black gram paste.
# For dark acne scars use lemon juice. Before applying, clean the scars with warm water and dab 1 tsp of lemon juice into a cotton ball and apply it on the scars and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Make sure to apply sunscreen prior to going out in the sun as lemon juice makes your skin photosensitive.
# Cucumber with lemon juice or honey with lemon juice also helps. Honey also helps for chicken pox scars. However people with oily skin should avoid the use of honey.
