Q: What’s the best NATURAL soap bar for sensitive, fair, acne prone skin?
I have slight acne on my chest and neck, leading up to my chin. I’ve been using dove for quite a while, but I find it leaves too much of a residue on my skin, and I want something with more natural ingredients,
but something that I can buy at the drugstore, preferably under $8. (I’m on a budget!!)
My skin is EXTREMELY sensitive and natural ingredients treat it best.
Recommendations?
A: use the Clearly natural soap use the unscented or Aloe vera this are
great for oily skin & sensitive skin this are natural organic you find at
Whole foods stores it cost $2 bucks are great this will clear up your
skin natural and gently.
Q: All-Natural Soap for Acne?
Recently I bought some almond goat’s milk soap from www.salleyeander.com and I’m really excited about using it for my body because it is absolutely all natural soap and I have pretty sensitive skin. I’m wondering, do you think using this soap on my face would be a good idea? I am already using Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash (the orange stuff) and it seems to be gentle enough, however, it is a little bit drying – I do have oily skin, and it doesn’t seem to be doing anything for my acne. Do you think using the all natural soap would be beneficial? I’m not expecting miraculous results, I’m just worried that it is going to create even more acne which is the last thing that I want right now. It states that it’s safe to use on every part of your body, and even that it is great for your complexion, and sally eander even makes facial washes but, do you think it would be alright to use it, or no?
Thanks!
A: Witch Hazel. It’s about .79 a bottle, is cheap, basically all natural, doesn’t dry out skin, etc. That stuff really works.
Also, try Apple Cider Vinegar diluted w/ a bit of water, or baking soda made into a paste w/ water (leaving it on overnight). DO NOT use toothpaste or a bobby pin, despite what you might have heard.
Q: Natural goatsmilk soap, good for clearing up acne?
My skin is starting to break out (only in one area though), and I was out yesterday and I was in an all-natural skin care shop; and they had these natural goatsmilk soaps.
One of them said something about it being helpful to clear up your skin and things like that (can’t remember the exact wording), so I bought it and thought it’d be worth a try.
Have you ever used this kind of soap to try and clear up breakouts? Did it work?
Thanks
A: Goat milk soap is greatly benefits since it has the same PH level
similar to our skin,Another benefit that goat milk soap has is that
contains natural alpha hydroxy acid which is a natural exfoliant that
removes dead cells for your skin, hence it indirectly is able to improve
acne , also good for acne redness, brightening the complexion .
Q: special soaps for acne? are there any natural soaps you can use for calming down acne?
i’m asking because i’ve washed my face with clean and clear, neutragina, and acenefree stuff all of which had either benzol peroxide or salicylic acid none of which worked for me. I’ve even tryed dermatoligist prescribed night morning creams plus pills.

Acne diet
Acne : Home Remedies suggested by users
All-fruit Acne diet
To begin with, the patient should take only an ‘all-fruit’ diet for a week, taking three meals a day, of fresh juicy fruits, such as apples, pears, grapes, grapefruit, pineapples, and peaches. Only unsweetened lemon or plain water, either hot or cold, should be drunk and nothing else.
Well-balanced Acne diet
After the one-week, all-fruit diet, the patient can gradually adopt a well-balanced diet with emphasis on raw foods, especially fresh fruit and vegetables, sprouted seeds, raw nuts, and wholegrain cereals, particularly millet and brown rice. Further short periods of the ‘all-fruit’ diet for three days or so may be necessary at a monthly interval till the skin’s condition improves.
Avoid strong tea/coffee, soft drinks and processed foods
Meats, sugar, strong tea or coffee, condiments, pickles, soft drinks, candies, ice cream, refined and processed foods should be avoided as far as possible.
Other Acne natural treatments
Warm-water enema
During the initial one week ‘all-fruit’ diet, a warm-water enema taken daily cleanses the bowels. Apply hot fomentation locally to open up the pores and to bring out the waste matter. Then rinse the affected parts with cold water.
Hot Epsom salts bath
A hot Epsom salts bath twice a week is beneficial in all cases of acne. This bath is prepared by adding 1 ½ kg of Epsom salts to 60 litres of water having a temperature of about 37.8° C. The patient should remain in the bath tub for 25-35 minutes till he sweats freely. After the bath, the patient should cool off gradually.
Q: Has anyone used honey glycerin soap to treat their acne, and did it work?
Recently I had a bad reaction to some salicylic acid face wash and so I’ve really been researching natural acne treatments that are not harsh. I found out that honey can help acne by killing bacteria and I wanted to know if anyone has used honey soap and saw a difference in their acne.
A: Use any antibacterial soap ( Dial ) on you face. No need for the expensive soaps and lotions that are out there.
Q: What is the best natural soap (the less ingredients the better) for very sensitive skin?
I have sensitive, dry, acne-prone skin and the only thing that works for me is the Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar soap. I cannot use the liquid cleanser because it contains sodium laureth sulfate which breaks me out. However, the bar soap does leave me a little dry and I was wondering if there’s an even better soap out there. The more natural, the better.
A: You could try goat soap. It’s made with goats milk and is supposed to be really gentle on delicate and sensitive skin.
Q: What is better to treat acne?? soap and water vs skin care products?
Products like Noxema, Clean and clear, clearasil, proactiv, and neutragena. (all of which i have used to no success) So, should i just go natural and stick with soap?? is that really the answer? to simply clean my face like any other part of my body? or am i just picking the wrong products. tell me: soap or product. and why? and if product, which one do you recommend,
thanks
A: Well the thing with those products is some may have certain chemicals that your skin does not agree with. Try Serious Skin Care, it worked for me because it did not have the ingredient that most skin products do. http://www.seriousskincare.com/
Q: Is there a good natural way to get rid of acne fast?
I keep my face clean all day long but seem to always have have acne no matter what soap I use, I tried clearasil but nothing has really worked yet. Looking for a natural way to get rid of it fast!
A: odzooker makes some good points, I dont think any all natural way really works but it I also think it’s dependent on the person. Some people might get away with using a simple cream from the store where others need a dermatoligist and get something stronger. I think most look at it like it’s not a problem but it can lead to scar tissue if not taken care of. I have seen my friend use a product called AcneZine with good results for a mild case. They offer a free trial so it might be worth a shot at www.acneawayfast.com
Q: Best body soap for acne?
I have body acne mostly on my arms and wholeee back, what is a good soap brand for acne that really works. I prefer like natural soaps because they dont irritated my skin, my skin is reallly sensitive. If you could just give me a name of a soap that you use for your acne that actually works that would be great!
A: Soap its not to good. but i would go for eubos the blue kind. its a soap face but id dont do any harm on the body and its also good for pimples. even though i recommend going to a dermatologist if you have body acne
good luck x
Q: ACNE and HONEY SOAP?
If a facial bar soap (store bought) has honey in it, does it mean it cleanses the skin & helps with acne? By the way, it’s a natural soap that’s mean to be a softener.
*Thank you very much in advanced!
A: Yeah, honey is really good for the skin
Q: are there any natural ways of clearing up acne ?
are there any natural ways of clearing up acne ? like soaps vitamins ect???
A: its already been proven that what you eat can cause acne, maybe you should try a diet that clears your system from the inside out.
Q: How can i get rid of acne the natural way with home remedies?
My docter prescribed acne creme for it which is all over my body, but it doesn’t work, is there something i can eat or drink to cleanse myself of toxins, or special soap to clean my skin?
A: Wash your face with gentle soap (glycerine or Dove) and warm-to-hot water twice a day and then before bed do the same but with Phiso-Hex soap.
This saw me through my pimply years.
Q: Over-the-counter or natural acne treatments?
I have acne on my chest… and shoulders, it looks terrible they’ve actually turned into sores going across my body, I don’t have any acne on my face or anywhere else though. I use moisturizing soap, and that’s it. I try not to shower too much and lose my skin’s natural oils, I’m in my late teens and a girl.
I want to be able to wear NORMAL clothes!!!!! >_<
Is there any natural or over the counter acne treatments I can buy that will actually work? My family wouldn’t take me to the doctor ;~;
A: Choosing treatments depends on your skin type, not the severity of your acne. Healthy skin will take to any kind of treatment. Unhealthy skin might need some chemical help. And by “Chemical”, I mean OTC acne products.
Change your diet a little. Eat less sugar and salt-based foods and eat more fruits and vegatables. Drink lots of water too. Don’t go overboard with the water though. So many people believe in the 8×8 myth. Look at it this way: if you’re feeling bloated from trying to reach the proper amount, it’s too much. Your body will tell you when to drink, it’s called thirst.
And do keep your chest and back clean. You do not want the bacterias to spread around and make more pimples.
Try using small percentages of adaphalene gel or benzoil peroxide. And by “small”, I mean: keep it under 3%.
Warning about benzoil: you could be using it for awhile and then just randomly get some red patches on your skin. Stop using it then and get some adaphalene. That’s good for everyone.
Q: What cream is good for guys with red dots caused by acne?

A: Hey Holyman u can try this stuff what worked for my little brother in a week
www.StopMyAcne.info

Good luck hunny
Q: What are some strong natural oils, soaps, etc. that help against acne?
I’ve all-ways had quite a acne problem. I’ve stopped using cover-up (clogs the pores) and putting lotion on my face for some time now. I have naturally oily skin and therefore, a great acne problem. My acne has calmed down as I’ve gotten older (I’m 17 now). I do have a ‘break out’ (besides the norm) about once a month. I use some apricot face scrub and both peroxide and rubbing alcohol. I know rubbing alcohol dries out the skin so, I use it on bad spots. I also used some prescription cream but, I’m running out and I don’t think I can get another prescription. I’m interested in using natural oils and soaps to help my problem. I also suffer from blackheads and occasionally acne on my shoulders. I’m also allergic to adhesives so, I can’t use blackhead tape. I’ve heard tea tree oil works well, does it work for people with oily skin? I also have many scars from acne, is there anything that will help them? Thank you so much for all your help and suggestions.
A: Tea tree oil really does work. I use it and it’s great just don’t use too much. A little bit will do the trick. Also there is a face mask called Aztec Secret that works really well. It comes in a powder and you mix it with water and apple vinigar. I think you could get it at any health food store. Hope that helps!
