It continues with chapters on the particular problems associated with absorbing large numbers of Negroes into the Army - the provision of physical fitness for service, morale factors influencing their eagerness to serve, and the disorders that attracted so much attention to the problems of their service. The concluding eight chapters are concerned principally with the employment of Negro soldiers overseas, in ground and air combat units and in service units.

Related products:

Other products produced by the U.S. Army, Center of Military History can be found here: https: //bookstore.gpo.gov/agency/1061

Minorities, Cultures & Languages resources collection can be found here: https: //bookstore.gpo.gov/catalog/minorities-cultures-languages

Department of the Army
Employment of Negro Troops (Paperback) | Center of Military History (U S Army) | Paperback | 016042951X | Used: Very Good | Back Stacks D 1782937
